APARTMENTS
The Prima Tower (otherwise known as Prima Pearl) is the 2nd tallest residential tower in Melbourne, and the 5th tallest building in Australia. We supplied over 30,000 lights for the development, including downlights, wall lights, strip lighting, custom lighting design and more.
EPWORTH HOSPITAL
The Epworth Hospital provides medical, surgical and rehabilitation services. We supplied of over 1200 metres of architectural linear lighting to light a new area within their Richmond hospital complex.
RMIT APARTMENTS
RMIT is one of Australia’s most recognised and reputable public universities. We provided RMIT with a complete lighting package which included the supply of lights for over 400 apartments.
NSW GOVERNMENT – TAFE BUILDINGS
The NSW TAFE buildings initiative was one of the largest government LED lighting projects, with a budget in excess of 2.5 million. For this project, we supplied over 25,000 LED tubes for 12,000 Australian-made fittings across 13 TAFE campuses in the Hunter Valley region.
ARRAY BY MIRVAC
Array is one of Mirvac’s prestigious apartment complexes along the yarra’s edge. We supplied over 9,000 Downlights throughout their apartments and social areas.
SWANSTON SQUARE
Swanston Square is one of Melbourne’s most iconic buildings. With 32 storeys including 530 apartments we fitted over 8,000 Downlights within their apartments and internal passageways.
FULTON LANE
We supplied over 1500 metres of LED profile to Fulton Lane, one of Melbourne’s newest boutique apartment buildings – located between A’Beckett and Franklin St.
ABODE 318
Developed by PDG and Schiavello, Abode 318 Apartments has been designed with the highest of quality products and finishes. We supplied over 1,000 Downlights to this project.
